Level 2 Award in Food Allergen Awareness and Control in Catering (RQF) aaron-scott-blackWe are very pleased to offer you the new Level 2 Award in Food Allergen Awareness and Control in Catering (RQF) – our first course is on Monday 5 June in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Susan Alexander, of Aaron Scott and Black, has worked with Awarding Bodies in England and Ireland in developing Allergen Control examinations and courses, and she will be delivering the 5-hour course in Bournemouth.
