At Aaron Scott and Black we wish to congratulate our candidates who gained Distinction in their Level 4 Award in HACCP in Manufacturing (QCF) examinations in November 2017. This is a challenging four-day course which ends in an externally-marked examination. Well done to both students in the cohort, Matt and Raquel for both scoring well above the 80% requirement for Distinction – this is a great achievement and the result of a lot of hard work! Matt and Raquel received their Level 4 HACCP training one day a week over a period of five weeks and were trained on-site at their factory.
