We want you to enjoy your learning!  So we make sure that our courses are very well organised, and that your own experiences are drawn on in class to make your training sessions (and that of your peers) interesting, relevant to you and interactive!

Susan Alexander BSc (Hons) PGCE CBiol MSB CSci FRGS FRSPH FIFST FLS is our principal trainer.  Susan is a Chartered Biologist and qualified teacher (QTS) and Chartered Scientist and works as an external scientific consultant, science writer. 
A Fellow Member of the Royal Society for Public Health, Susan is an examiner and exam question-writer and a member of the Editorial Board of the Royal Society of Biology and started her career as a laboratory microbiologist.
Susan is an examiner for level 4 HACCP and level 4 Food Safety examinations as well as course writer, which means that you can be confident that you are being trained by a professional scientist and teacher – you’re in good hands, as Susan’s students have a great pass rate!
Certified to deliver IRCA-certified Lead Auditor courses, both in a classroom and remotely, e.g. FSMS Lead Auditor FSSC 22000 v5.1 based on ISO 22000:2018 for Food Safety Management Systems.
Examiner for IRCA Lead Auditor examinations. IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors) is the world’s original and largest international certification body for auditors of management systems.
