This one-day qualification will help anyone in a catering setting, where food is prepared, cooked and handled to understand the principles and purpose of HACCP and be able to apply it correctly in their own workplace.

Level 3 Award in HACCP for Catering

Aaron Scott and Black are pleased to be able to offer Level 3 Award in HACCP for Catering courses.

This practical, accessible and user-friendly qualification has been created to help caterers comply with EU legislation and provides a thorough understanding of how HACCP-based procedures can be applied in a catering context. It also provides the flexibility to suit different types of businesses.

Aaron Scott and Black are pleased to be able to offer the Level 4 Award in HACCP for Management (CODEX Principles) (RQF).

The Level 4 Award in HACCP for Management (CODEX Principles) (RQF) is aimed at learners who are working at a management level within food manufacturing and catering environments, quality assurance staff or members of the HACCP team. The qualification would also be useful for trainers, auditors, enforcers and other food safety professionals.

Dorset Education and Training courses

Level 3 Award in Training Principles and Practice

Aaron Scott and Black are pleased to be able to offer the Level 3 Award in Training Principles and Practice courses.

This qualification replaces the previously well known Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice. It comprises Unit 2 of the CIEH Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and it is a standalone qualification, but also forms part of the Level 3 Award in Education and Training. This is a 3 day course.

Level 3 Award in Training Principles and Practice

Aaron Scott and Black are pleased to be able to offer the Level 3 Award in Education and Training courses.

This is a very valuable train-the-trainer course which can enable you to teach your subject professionally in the work environment and deliver accredited courses. It is described as an introductory level, knowledge-based qualification for individuals who plan to be or are already in a teaching role.
