Two-day training course for internal auditors for HACCP-based systems leading to the RQF accredited qualification Level 3 Award in Auditing and Inspection. You will learn the practical skills needed to conduct internal audits of your food business, and ongoing support is given to you if needed to help set up your auditing programme.
